Who can access the LYRAFIT® protocol
The protocol is indicated for adults:
- With BMI ≥ 30 (obesity)
- With BMI between 27 and 30 (overweight) associated with one of the following conditions:
- Pre-diabetes or altered glycemia
- Hypertension
- Dyslipidemia (high cholesterol or triglycerides)
- Sleep apnea
Exclusions:
- BMI below 27

Example for a person 1.75m tall weighing 88 kg
